By accessing or using the Sommtime mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Sommtime app on your iOS device
• Use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features and services within the app

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use Sommtime. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Sommtime (tasting notes, photos, reviews). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Promotes illegal alcohol consumption
• Contains spam or advertising
• Impersonates others or provides false information

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Sommtime to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any commercial use without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

The Sommtime app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sommtime and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

Sommtime may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by use of such content or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOMMTIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
